Yes, fully insured — and every venue we work with recognizes our coverage. We shoot to dual memory cards on every camera, and after the event all files are backed up to hard drives and uploaded securely to Google Drive.

Always. We keep a backup team on standby for every wedding, so if anything unexpected happens your day is still fully covered — photos and video, no interruptions.

We recommend booking at least a year out, particularly for spring and summer dates. Peak season in Ontario runs May through October and fills up fast — booking early is the best way to lock in your preferred team and date.

Absolutely. We'll walk you through our rundown form and work directly with your planner to keep the day on track. We've built strong relationships with planners and venues across the GTA, so chances are we've already worked together before.

For a full-day wedding you can expect between 800 and 1,500 fully edited images, depending on your timeline and how the day unfolds. Engagement sessions typically come in at 60–100 photos. Everything is delivered in high resolution, ready to print or share.

Yes! Our Dreamless Signature package includes a Same Day Edit which is a 4-5 minute film that will be played on the day of your wedding during the reception. For our other wedding packages, you can add on a Same Day Edit for an additional $1,000.00. Please note that two videographers are required, and the editing process takes approximately 4 to 5 hours on the wedding day. This usually begins around the time of cocktail hour. For example, if your cocktail hour starts at 4:00 PM, your Same Day Edit will typically be shown between 8:00 and 9:00 PM.

We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the week of your wedding. All payment is made via etransfer.

The retainer is non-refundable, but date changes are no problem as long as we can accommodate the new date. If your original team isn't available, we'll work closely with you to find the right fit — you won't be left starting from scratch.

The client is responsible for all location permits.

You will receive your wedding photos and films within 4 to 6 months respectively after your wedding.

Yes! We will send you a questionnaire one month before your wedding day requesting your song choices for your films.

You have full personal rights to your wedding work and can print, share or post wherever you like :)

You will receive your wedding photos through an online gallery called Pic-Time and your films will be delivered to you through a google link.
